Fisola Folayan
Managing Director

MRS. FISOLA FOLAYAN

Fisola was appointed Managing Director of GRL Registrars Limited in October 2015. Between March 2015 and October 2015, she was the Executive Director Finance & Business Development of the Company, where she was responsible for Corporate Financial Planning, Business Development and Client Management. Prior to that she was the Registrar, United Securities Limited, where she was responsible for Data Administration Services, Share Registration Operations and Systems & Processes control.

She has more than 18 years’ experience in Financial Services covering Audit Practice, Banking Operations, Systems & Processes control and Data Management services spanning the firms of S. Kayode Ekundayo & Co (Chartered Accountants), Fortune International Bank Ltd and United Securities Limited.

Fisola is a graduate of Finance & Accounting from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). She serves as a Council Member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and has attended Senior Management Trainings at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, Chicago, Illinois.

Oluseyi Akinyoyenu
Executive Director, Business Development

Oluseyi Akinyoyenu is a graduate of Botany from the Lagos State University, he holds a Masters’ in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University majoring in Marketing & Finance and a Post Graduate in Diploma in Operations & Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool.
He started his career in Via Afrinity, an international start-up as the Business Development Manager where he was charged with the responsibility of growing sales & business revenue. Subsequently, he moved to Nestle Nigeria as Field Sales representative & rose to become a Sales Manager covering various States within the Northern and Southern parts of Nigeria.

Oluseyi later moved to Globacom as a Regional Manager in Abuja and later Adamawa & Taraba State where he was part of the transformational team that grew the regions’ revenue, customer base as well as reduced churn rate.

In 2010, he was headhunted by IBM as the West & Central Africa/IOI countries Sales and Operations Manager reporting in South Africa, Kenya & the U.A.E. Working with an excellent team he was able to replicate the IBM global standards and processes practices across the regions.
He was later recruited as the Head, Line of Business & Cloud, West Africa by SAP, the number 1 business enterprise solutions company where he was responsible for cloud and onPremise solutions such as SuccessFactors & Ariba.

Prior to joining GTL Registrars Limited as the Executive Director, Business Development & Information Technology, he was the Sales & Marketing Director in Oryx West Africa.

Olorunyomi Iwanefu
Divisional Head, Operations Control

Olorunyomi Iwanefu is responsible for Operations control in GTL Registrars.

Olorunyomi obtained a BSc degree in Banking and Finance from University of Ado Ekiti (formerly Ondo State University) in 1995. He qualified as a professional Chartered Banker and Registrar in 2001 and 2007 respectively.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR).

He started his career as an Accounts Officer with Integrated Software Services Limited in 1997 and joined IMB Securities Limited in 2001 as an Investment Analyst. In 2005, he moved to Ideal Securities and Investment Limited as one of the pioneer staff members as the Head of the Finance and Investments department. In 2007 he joined Greenwich Trust as an Investment Executive.

Iwanefu has over fourteen (14) years cognate experience in the Capital Market. He is also a registered member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.

Akeem Adeyinka
Divisional Head Financial Control

Wale-Akande

Akeem holds a B.Sc in Accounting from the Ogun State University, an MBA in Marketing Ladoke Akintola University of Tech. – Ogbomosho and a fellow of The Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of Nigeria.

Prior to joining GTL Registrars Limited as the Divisional Head Financial Control in March 2016, Akeem held different positions in DN Meyer PLC over a period of Twenty Two years from his first designation as an Accounting Assistant Debtors Control in March 1994 to Chief Accountant in February 2016.

Olufemi Oladipo
Chief Financial Officer

Wale-Akande

Olufemi Oladipo holds a BSc. in Accounting from the University of Ilorin. He is an IFRS specialist and an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria who has attended several trainings within and outside Nigeria.

Prior to joining GTL Registrars Ltd as the Chief Financial Officer, he was a Manager with KPMG Professional Services where he managed several projects covering Financial Reporting, Audit, Accounting Advisory and due diligence.

Olufemi is a trained Auditor, Finance Analyst, Manager, Accountant, Advisor with exposure to the workings and challenges in the Financial Services Industry with Eleven (11) years of quality-work- experience.

Yewande Akomolede
Company Secretary

Yewande holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School as she was called to the bar in 2004. She also holds a BLL in Law from the University Of Benin (2002). In 2014, she attained her Masters Degree in Commercial & Corporate Law from Queen Mary, University of London and also obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Maritime Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Law.

Prior to joining GTL Registrars Limited in 2015, she commenced her career as an Associate in The Law Union (Barristers, Solicitors, and Arbitrators & Notary Public) in 2005. She later proceeded to become Corporate Counsel in Intercontinental Bank Plc (Access Bank Plc) in 2007 and in 2012, she took up the position of Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser to Pierscon Nigeria Limited.
