Our Board
Mr. Kayode Falowo

Mr. Kayode Falowo has over 25 years work experience in the financial sector and is the Group Managing Director of Greenwich Trust Limited. He holds a BSc(Honours) degree in Agricultural Engineering, an MBA degree and a Diploma in Information Management.

Kayode is a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Nigerian-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce.

He is currently a member of the Technical Committee of the Bureau of Public Enterprise (BPE), member Presidential Advisory Committee on the Nigerian Capital Market and is the immediate past Chairman of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria.

Ms. Daisy Sunjuba Ekineh
Non-Executive Director

Ms. Ekineh has over 30 years professional experience in the capital market with strong focus in research, capital market development, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, corporate governance and capital market regulation.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Masters of Arts in Development Studies both from the Ohio University, Athens, Ohio, USA. She has been a member of various committees such as the Technical Committee of the Bond Market Steering Committee, Regulation and Capital Market Committees of the Financial Sector Strategy, Information Sharing Sub-Committee of the Financial Services Regulation Coordination Committee (FSRCC) amongst other committees.

She is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Global Mandate Consulting Limited. Prior to the aforementioned she was the Commissioner in charge of Operations at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria.

Mrs. Catherine Emuchay
Non-Executive Director


Mrs. Emuchay graduated in June 1984 with a Second Class Upper degree from the University of Maiduguri, and obtained a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1989.

Her professional career started with the Minaj Group as the pioneer HR Manager. She has, at various times, pioneered the development and implementation of human resource management policies for various companies and their worldwide employees.

Mrs. Emuchay joined DTD Services in January 2000 as the pioneer HR Manager. In recognition of her outstanding human resource management prowess and ability to effectively communicate company expectations amongst others, she is presently the Executive Director of the company, with the overall responsibility for the management of the company’s human and material assets.

Mrs. Emuchay has attended various training workshops and courses including the Strategic Human Resource Management Workshop of Harvard University, the Executive Management Program, Kellogg Graduate School of Management and International Management Skills, London.

She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Institute of Directors.

In giving back to the society, this religious woman and lover of the down trodden and widows is the Vice Chairman of an NGO named “Hope Givers Initiative” and the Chairman of “Green Orchid Pro-life & Human Development Initiative”.

She also serves as a member of the of the Board Governance Committee of GTL Registrars Limited.

Mr. Adewale Adegbite
Non-Executive Director


Adewale Adegbite is currently the Group Managing Director of Oasis Group Limited. He is an Accountant who previously worked at KPMG UK, Accenture Nigeria and NBM Bank Nigeria (now part of Sterling Bank Nigeria Plc) before joining the Oasis Group. He is presently on the board of AIICO Pension Managers Limited, GTL Registrars Ltd and Cedar Express Ltd.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Nigeria and Chairman of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (Ogun State Branch). He graduated with a first class degree from University of Sheffield and obtained a Master’s Degree from London School of Economics.

Mrs. Fisola Folayan
Managing Director 


Fisola was appointed Managing Director of GRL Registrars Limited in October 2015. Between March 2015 and October 2015, she was the Executive Director Finance & Business Development of the Company, where she was responsible for Corporate Financial Planning, Business Development and Client Management. Prior to that she was the Registrar, United Securities Limited, where she was responsible for Data Administration Services, Share Registration Operations and Systems & Processes control.

She has more than 18 years’ experience in Financial Services covering Audit Practice, Banking Operations, Systems & Processes control and Data Management services spanning the firms of S. Kayode Ekundayo & Co (Chartered Accountants), Fortune International Bank Ltd and United Securities Limited.

Fisola is a graduate of Finance & Accounting from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). She serves as a Council Member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and has attended Senior Management Trainings at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, Chicago, Illinois.

Oluseyi Akinyoyenu
Executive Director

Oluseyi Akinyoyenu is a graduate of Botany from the Lagos State University, he holds a Masters’ in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University majoring in Marketing & Finance and a Post Graduate in Diploma in Operations & Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool.
He started his career in Via Afrinity, an international start-up as the Business Development Manager where he was charged with the responsibility of growing sales & business revenue. Subsequently, he moved to Nestle Nigeria as Field Sales representative & rose to become a Sales Manager covering various States within the Northern and Southern parts of Nigeria.

Oluseyi later moved to Globacom as a Regional Manager in Abuja and later Adamawa & Taraba State where he was part of the transformational team that grew the regions’ revenue, customer base as well as reduced churn rate.

In 2010, he was headhunted by IBM as the West & Central Africa/IOI countries Sales and Operations Manager reporting in South Africa, Kenya & the U.A.E. Working with an excellent team he was able to replicate the IBM global standards and processes practices across the regions.
He was later recruited as the Head, Line of Business & Cloud, West Africa by SAP, the number 1 business enterprise solutions company where he was responsible for cloud and onPremise solutions such as SuccessFactors & Ariba.

Prior to joining GTL Registrars Limited as the Executive Director, Business Development & Information Technology, he was the Sales & Marketing Director in Oryx West Africa.
