Mr. Kayode Falowo
Chairman

Mr. Kayode Falowo is the Group Managing Director/CEO of Greenwich Trust Limited. He is a Chartered Stockbroker with over 29 years post graduate experience and practice in Finance, especially in Commercial and Investment Banking. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife), an MBA from the University of Benin and a Diploma in Information Management. He has attended numerous workshops and seminars, which include the International Management Programme and Chief Executive Programme at the Lagos Business School and Financial Training at the IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.

He is an active member of numerous professional and industry associations. He is a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers and a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is the Vice President of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Council Member of the Nigerian-Malaysian Chamber of Commerce & Industry. In addition, he is a Member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Member of the Nigerian South African Chamber of commerce, Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria, Institute of Management Consultants, Nigerian Institute of Management and the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Mr. Falowo, a seasoned Investment Banker, is very passionate about the development of the Capital Market in Nigeria.

He serves as the Chairman of the Capital Market Committee on Products and Business Development, seats on the Board of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Plc, where he is also the Chairman of the Rules Committee. He is a Member of the Central Organizing Committee of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), a Member of the Technical Committee of the National Council on Privatization and a Member of the Presidential Advisory Committee on the Capital Market.

He has in the recent past, served as the Chairman, Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria (AIHN), a Member of National Bond Steering Committee, Rules and Regulations Committee of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the National Essay Competition Committee of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Mr. Falowo is the Chairman of GTL Registrars Limited (formerly Union Registrars Limited) and he sits on the Board of other prestigious entities within and outside of the Capital Market. He is a Paul Harris Fellow and a Major Donor of the Rotary International Club. He is also a Member of the Ikeja Golf Club and the Lagos Motor Boat Club.

Ms. Daisy Sunjuba Ekineh
Non-Executive Director

Ms. Daisy Ekineh has over thirty (30 )years professional experience in the capital market with strong focus in research, capital market development, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, corporate governance and capital market regulation. She holds Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in Development Studies both from the Ohio University, Athens, Ohio, USA.

She has been a member of various committees such as the Technical Committee of the Bond Market Steering Committee, Regulation and Capital Market Committees of the Financial Sector Strategy, Information Sharing Sub-Committee of the Financial Services Regulation Coordination Committee (FSRCC) amongst other committees. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer at DSE Advisory Services Limited. Prior to the aforementioned, she was Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Global Mandate Consulting Limited and the Commissioner in charge of Operations at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria.

Mrs. Catherine Emuchay
Non-Executive Director

MRS. CATHERINE EMUCHAY

Mrs. Emuchay obtained her first degree and a Masters degree holder in Public Administration from the University of Maiduguri and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka respectively. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Institute of Directors and is currently the Executive Director DTD Services with the overall responsibility for the management of the company’s human and material assets.

She has attended various has attended various training workshops and courses including the Strategic Human Resource Management Workshop of Harvard University, the Executive Management Program, Kellogg Graduate School of Management and International Management Skills, London.

Mr. Adewale Adegbite
Non-Executive Director

MR. ADEWALE ADEGBITE

Adewale Adegbite is currently the Group Managing Director of Oasis Group Limited. He is an Accountant who previously worked at KPMG UK, Accenture Nigeria and NBM Bank Nigeria (now part of Sterling Bank Nigeria Plc) before joining the Oasis Group. He is presently on the board of AIICO Pension Managers Limited, GTL Registrars Ltd and Cedar Express Ltd.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Nigeria and Chairman of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (Ogun State Branch). He graduated with a first class degree from University of Sheffield and obtained a Master’s Degree from London School of Economics.

Mr. Philip Ikeazor

Philip Ikeazor

Mr. Philip Ikeazor holds a B.Sc in (Economics) Accounting & Financial Management from the University of Buckingham Engaland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Mr. Ikeazor has over thirty (30) years work experience in the financial sector largely in the Corporate Banking and Investment Banking Field with a brief stint in the manufacturing sector.

He has held various board positions notably as the Managing Director: Keystone Bank Limted; Director: Orient Bank Limited Uganda; Executive Director: Union Bank of Nigeria Plc; Director: Union Registrars Limited; Director: Union Capital Limited; Director: Union Bank UK Plc; Director: UBA Trustees Limited and Managing Director: Ecobank Kenya Limited

Dr. Faruk Umar
Non-Executive Director

MR. ADEWALE ADEGBITE

Dr. Faruk Umar holds a B.Ed in Education from Bayero University Kano, a Masters in Education from Ahmadu Bello University and Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin in the United State of America.

His dedication towards education steered him to lecture at the School of Preliminary studies in Kano. Subsequently, he was appointed Permanents Secretary Special Duties in the Kano State Civil Service for a year and returned to lecturing at the School of Preliminary studies in Kano after which he was appointed the Manager, Educational Services of the Kano State Foundation.

Dr. Umar has held various Board positions in Ashaka Cement Plc; Faisal Pacific Enterprises; Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc; Cement Company of Northern Nigeria Plc and Nahco Plc.

Mrs. Fisola Folayan
Managing Director 

MRS. FISOLA FOLAYAN

Fisola was appointed Managing Director of GTL Registrars Limited in October 2015. Between March 2015 and October 2015, she was the Executive Director Finance & Business Development of the Company, where she was responsible for Corporate Financial Planning, Business Development and Client Management. Prior to that she was the Registrar, United Securities Limited, where she was responsible for Data Administration Services, Share Registration Operations and Systems & Processes control.
She has more than 18 years’ experience in Financial Services covering Audit Practice, Banking Operations, Systems & Processes control and Data Management services spanning the firms of S. Kayode Ekundayo & Co (Chartered Accountants), Fortune International Bank Ltd and United Securities Limited.
She is a graduate of Finance & Accounting, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). She serves as a Council Member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and has attended several Senior Management Training’s at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, Chicago, Illinois.

Oluseyi Akinyoyenu
Executive Director

Oluseyi Akinyoyenu is a graduate of Botany from the Lagos State University, he holds a Masters’ in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University majoring in Marketing & Finance and a Post Graduate in Diploma in Operations & Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool.
He started his career in Via Afrinity, an international start-up as the Business Development Manager where he was charged with the responsibility of growing sales & business revenue. Subsequently, he moved to Nestle Nigeria as Field Sales representative & rose to become a Sales Manager covering various States within the Northern and Southern parts of Nigeria.

Oluseyi later moved to Globacom as a Regional Manager in Abuja and later Adamawa & Taraba State where he was part of the transformational team that grew the regions’ revenue, customer base as well as reduced churn rate.

In 2010, he was headhunted by IBM as the West & Central Africa/IOI countries Sales and Operations Manager reporting in South Africa, Kenya & the U.A.E. Working with an excellent team he was able to replicate the IBM global standards and processes practices across the regions.
He was later recruited as the Head, Line of Business & Cloud, West Africa by SAP, the number 1 business enterprise solutions company where he was responsible for cloud and onPremise solutions such as SuccessFactors & Ariba.

Prior to joining GTL Registrars Limited as the Executive Director, Business Development & Information Technology, he was the Sales & Marketing Director in Oryx West Africa.

Olorunyomi Iwanefu
Executive Director Operations & I.T

Olorunyomi obtained a BSc degree in Banking and Finance from University of Ado Ekiti (formerly Ondo State University) in 1995. He qualified as a professional Chartered Banker and Registrar in 2001 and 2007 respectively.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR).

He started his career as an Accounts Officer with Integrated Software Services Limited in 1997 and joined IMB Securities Limited in 2001 as an Investment Analyst. In 2005, he moved to Ideal Securities and Investment Limited as one of the pioneer staff members as the Head of the Finance and Investments department. In 2007 he joined Greenwich Trust as an Investment Executive.

Iwanefu has over fourteen (14) years cognate experience in the Capital Market. He is also a registered member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
